If you have been having problems with poor images on your Panasonic TV, then you might discover that you need to get a TY LA1000 lamp.

You can get the TY LA1000 replacement lamp from online stores. Once you get it, then you you need the TY LA1000 instructions. The steps to fix the TY LA 1000 lamp are listed below.

1. Switch off your Panasonic television set. Unplug the power cord and allow the unit to cool down for at least 30 minutes.

2. The television lamp unit could be located under the front panel or the back of the television set. Refer to your manual to locate the lamp unit. Pull it out after removing the screws that are holding it.

3. After removing the lamp unit, flip it over. There is a metal side casting at the bottom. Use a long Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws that are holding it in place. The screws are deep in the metal side casting.

4. After removing all the screws, pull out the metal casting. You should be able to see the bulb on a plastic enclosure. Remove the 2 metal pieces that hold the TY LA1000 lamp. Do not throw them away.

5. Remove the 2 metal screws that hold the lamp connector. Pull them off. Remove the old lamp from the plastic enclosure.

 

6. Now, place the new lamp into the enclosure that held the old lamp.Now replace the 2 metal clips and bypass them back for additional security. Prevent them touching each other.

7. Put the lamp connectors back and place the screws back securely. Place back the metal side casting over the lamp and tighten the screws.

8. Now you can replace the newly installed lamp unit back into your television just as you removed it. Refer to the reference manual for your Panasonic television set as this may vary depending on the television model.
